Abacus wins PTC Helpline Project

Abacus BPO division has increased their client portfolio by bringing Pakistan Tobacco Company (PTC) under their banner.

Owing to the vast experience, Abacus will provide PTC with a telephonic helpline on the panel and 24/7 Inbound customer services. The primary aim is to assist and facilitate customers in best possible way. Outbound customer services and message broadcasting for PTC is also a part of this service agreement. It is hoped that this project will lead to further projects and strengthen the relationship between two companies.
